Personality: 
    Selena is a hard shell to crack. Because of her upbringing, she has had a very hard time being genuine with anybody, and is usually hiding behind a mask of "I don't care what you think of me". She is very flirtatious and silly off the dance floor, but as soon as she gets in the studio, it's time to do her job. She's very critical of herself and others and will openly judge other students if they don't stand up to her standards. However, she highly respects anyone with the balls to stand up to her, and looks down on those who try and "grovel". In the process of finding herself, what she's worth, and what she wants in life, and isn't afraid to challenge herself and others to new limits.

History/Bio: 
    Wattson, an only child, grew up below the poverty line with a promiscuous mother and an absent father. She often spent her days locked in her room while her mother entertained guests, but Selena was always worlds away in her fantasy novels. When she was around seven years old, Selena was nearly molested by one of her mother's guests. Soon after that, she ran away from home and never looked back.
    She wasn't on the streets for long. A kind-hearted man named Lucian, the owner of a dance studio and leader of a local troop, took her in and introduced her to dance as a way of healing. Obviously, at first it was difficult for Selena to find trust in men. With time and kindness and lots of patience, Lucian and the troop were able to bring Selena out of her shell, but there has since been a sliver of mistrust in her heart.
    Selena specialized in modern/contemporary and hip hop as she spent time with Lucian, and started on pole work for strength and agility training. However, to be a part of the troop, Lucian insisted that she go to school. Selena couldn't care less about bookwork, but she reluctantly agreed. After middle school, Selena chose a nearby boarding school for continuing her education (mostly because it was the only one with a suitable dance program). On the weekends and some evenings, Selena will go back to Lucian's studio to help teach youngsters about the power dance gives you. Someday, she wants to open her own studio and focus on positivity and strength in dance.
