Mermaid Tawny Ref

((So yeah...This is for and our art trade...Hope I didn't make her too complicated.

I was going to do full out mermaid, but then I realized that Tawny is a half-breed. And then came the issue of the scarf.
My brain told me to make up something so she didn't choke, something new and unique and not like [link]. And we both laughed.

Her horn-swirlies are now on her cheeks, though you can't really see them here. The orange back is just so you can see all the dang blue around her; that's not part of reference oHo))
